The materials used in our walls — including segmental block, natural stone, geogrid reinforcement, drainage components, and caps — are backed by their respective manufacturer warranties covering material defects and, where applicable, color integrity.
Oregon Retaining Walls provides a craftsmanship warranty on all installation work, backed through the Western Paver Design family. This covers proper site and base preparation, excavation, the engineered gravel base, drainage, geogrid reinforcement, wall construction, and capping. Warranty terms are determined on a project-by-project basis depending on scope, site conditions, wall height, and material selections. Specific warranty details are outlined in your project agreement.
Routine landscape maintenance — keeping drainage outlets clear, managing plantings behind the wall, and periodic inspection — helps your wall perform for decades and is the homeowner's responsibility rather than a warranty item. We're always available to inspect and maintain your wall to keep it holding its line for years to come.
